Yeah I absolutely can not read if I'm in the middle of writing something. I'm too anxious that I'll inadvertently be influenced by an idea, a phrase, something, and accidentally steal it, or I'll run across something so close to my idea that I won't be able to help comparing, which can be such a bummer, lol. Or I'll read something so magnificent that I'll just sit there and blink at it and be too overwhelmed and then instantly blocked, lol.
I've taken a few days off from writing but I'm kinda itching to get back to something. I've got several ideas flittering around here and there, so soon I'll probably pick up something! I might go for a couple drabbles soon!
